Doreen & Mike of Lakeside Lavender contacted me to help them design some apparel for their annual lavender festival and gift shop. After taking a trip to Hawaii, they were inspired by Hawaii’s laid back way of life and tribal graphics decorating their islands and apparel. This concept made its way through the illustration and design concepts I created for them.
On their u-pick lavender field, they have a serene and peaceful lavender labyrinth for guests to walk through endlessly. I felt this attraction was shirt worthy as a souvenir for people that walked the winding paths of Lakeside Lavender’s labyrinth.
